It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Christine Rossini, who went to be with the Lord on Monday night. Christine, my twin, my little sister, my best friend, and my other half, is now in the loving arms of Jesus. Though that knowledge brings a measure of comfort, the pain of losing her leaves us shattered and heartbroken.
Christine was a remarkable soul—beautiful, loving, and endlessly funny. She had an extraordinary capacity for kindness, always willing to help anyone, at any time, without hesitation. Her love for her family was fierce and unwavering, and she extended that love generously to her many friends. Christine had a unique ability to touch lives, and she was truly one of a kind. Her presence brought warmth, laughter, and joy to every room she entered.
In honor of Christine’s life and spirit, a celebration will be held on Sunday, April 26, at 3 p.m. at Lifepoint Church Pine Valley, located at 3600 College Rd, Wilmington, NC 28412. Friends and family from Charlotte, Wilmington, and beyond are invited to join in remembering and celebrating the vibrant life she lived. For those I have not yet met, I look forward to hearing your stories and memories of my dear sister, sharing in the love she inspired in all of us.
To reflect Christine’s bright and joyful spirit, we kindly ask that attendees wear color and avoid dark clothing. This small gesture is a tribute to her radiant personality, which lit up the lives of everyone she encountered.
Christine Rossini will be remembered not only for her laughter, beauty, and generosity but for the profound impact she had on everyone fortunate enough to know her. Though we are lost without her, we will carry her love, her spirit, and her memory with us forever.
