Zoe Robinson Suicide, Mt. Juliet Tennessee Obituary-Death: Welch College Beloved Student Died Of Suicide

It is with profound sadness that Welch College shares the heartbreaking news of the passing of one of our students, Zoe Robinson, who was found unresponsive in her residence hall room on the evening of April 16. Zoe’s unexpected death has left the campus community—and her family—in deep mourning, and our hearts go out to everyone affected by this devastating loss.

The college is focusing on supporting students, faculty, and staff as they grieve together. President Pinson has been in close communication with Zoe’s family, ensuring they are cared for during this extraordinarily difficult time. The college asks that the community keep Zoe’s brother Max, who is also a student at Welch, and the entire Robinson family in their thoughts and prayers as they navigate the pain of losing a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, and cousin far too soon.

Family members have shared their sorrow, expressing both heartbreak and faith. Zoe’s sister Tia reflected on the tragedy, saying, “I’m sad and I miss her, but I also have peace knowing she is with Jesus.” These words capture the mixture of grief and comfort that faith brings during moments of profound loss. Family members, including her parents, siblings, and extended family, are leaning on one another and on the support of their community to cope with this sudden and tragic event.

The campus community is rallying around Zoe’s loved ones, offering prayers, compassion, and support. Students and faculty are encouraged to seek guidance and counseling resources available on campus as they process this loss together.

While Zoe’s life was far too brief, her impact on those who knew her will not be forgotten. Her spirit, faith, and the memories she leaves behind will continue to inspire and comfort all who were blessed to know her. May Zoe Robinson rest in peace, and may her family find strength and solace in their faith and the love that surrounds them.
